The Edge Group is seeking to a talented Marketing Communications Coordinator. In this role, you will be a versatile marketer who possesses a unique combination of creative and analytical skills with a strong background in social media, and online and electronic marketing.?

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate, implement, and track marketing projects developed for print and electronic delivery

Design and create high-impact, customer-friendly designs/layouts for marketing tools such as newsletters and email campaigns that are consistent with branding guidelines

Schedule email broadcast dates, gather contact lists, and distribute broadcast e-mails

Provide relevant, current reporting in order to track and increase campaign effectiveness

Assist with editing and proofing of internal and external documents and campaigns.

Assist with basic creative and business writing as needed

Publicize final marketing materials internally and ensure content is posted to appropriate internal communication vehicles via Sharepoint

Manage existing social media efforts for company

Update social media efforts as new trends surface

Continually provide new social media guidelines to company constituents

Provide social media training ? webinars and one-on-one as needed

Provide effective, focused reporting based on social media reports

Increase traffic to company sites with SEO and SEM

Provide effective, focused reporting based on analytical findings

Improve internal and external communications: organize, improve and provide reporting for existing programs, processes and schedules

Improve benefits to customers: provide market and competitive research through web analytics and social media reporting

Create consistently new internal and external programs (future thinking and forward moving with active discovery and reporting on marketing trends & emerging technologies)

Attract new customers (create marketing pieces and cater social media initiatives to effectively target potential customers)

Provide external customer service to end users via phone calls and emails

Provide training ? webinars and one-on-one training

REQUIREMENTS:

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Innate attention to detail

Aptitude for analyzing information and situations and resolving problems/roadblocks

Articulate and professional

Ability to balance multiple demands, address shifting priorities, and maintain focus

Be flexible to a changing environment, acknowledging urgency when necessary

Fluent in all social media tools & apps

Electronic Email Carrier ? Constant Contact

Graphic Design ? Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign

SEO / SEM ? lead generation, site analytics tools, web development with PHP and HTML (basic)

Document sharing ? Sharepoint

PC and Mac ? Microsoft Office

Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing or Computer related field
